The newsletters’ content will typically include information regarding IT, IT-security, tips and tricks for the use of and information about special features of PanzerGlass™ products, cases and information about launches of new devices for which PanzerGlass™ protection is relevant. The focus is on B2B. You may also encounter marketing from us on social media.

You can of course unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link, which is included at the bottom of every newsletter, or send your request to the email address b2b@panzerglass.com.
When you accept these conditions, you also indicate that you are over 16 years old.

We comply with the Danish Marketing Practices Act – including the rules for sound marketing practices.

Personal data

When you sign up to our newsletter, you provide your name, email address, address and telephone number. We use this information to ensure that we can deliver relevant PanzerGlass™ information to you, and so that we can constantly improve and adapt our communications.

We use Active Campaign and Shopify to send our newsletters, who are therefore our data processors. The legal basis for our collection/storage/processing of personal data is the General Data Protection Regulation’s Article 6(1), litra a, b and f.

How long do we store your personal data?

Your personal data is stored until you unsubscribe from the newsletter. When you unsubscribe, your data is removed from our system as well as our data processors’ systems. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link, which can be found at the bottom of each newsletter.

Disclosure to third parties

We use Active Campaign and Shopify as platforms to send out our newsletters and to carry out targeted marketing. Active Campaign and Shopify are therefore considered our data processors. Data processors may not use the data for any purpose other than the fulfilment of our agreement and are subject to a strict confidentiality policy with regard to these. We have entered into written data processor contracts with all data processors that process data on our behalf.

Disclosure of data to third countries

As we use Active Campaign and Shopify, which are based in the USA and Canada, as platforms for sending out newsletters, your data is transferred to a country outside of the EU/EEA. We can disclose that Active Campaign is a member of the EU–US Privacy Shield , and therefore provides a secure basis for our transfer of personal data as well as email addresses to Active Campaign.

Your rights

You have the right to gain insight into the information we process about you, etc. You have the right to have incorrect information we have about you deleted or corrected. You have the right to have our processing of data about you limited.

You have the right to have your data deleted or corrected by us and our data processors. You can exercise this right by unsubscribing from the newsletter, and we will then make sure to notify our data processors that the data must be deleted.

In certain cases, you have the right to object to our processing of your personal data, cf. Article 21 of the General Data Protection Regulation. You may also object to the processing of your data for the purposes of direct marketing.
