The newsletters’ content will typically include information regarding IT, IT-security, tips and tricks for the use of and information about special features of PanzerGlass™ products, cases and information about launches of new devices for which PanzerGlass™ protection is relevant. The focus is on B2B. You may also encounter marketing from us on social media.
You can of course unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link, which is included at the bottom of every newsletter, or send your request to the email address b2b@panzerglass.com.
When you accept these conditions, you also indicate that you are over 16 years old.
We comply with the Danish Marketing Practices Act – including the rules for sound marketing practices.
Personal data
When you sign up to our newsletter, you provide your name, email address, address and telephone number. We use this information to ensure that we can deliver relevant PanzerGlass™ information to you, and so that we can constantly improve and adapt our communications.
We use ActiveCampaign and Shopify to send our newsletters, who are therefore our data processors.
They only process personal data on behalf of PanzerGlass A/S and in accordance with instructions from PanzerGlass A/S.

The legal basis for our collection/storage/processing of personal data is the General Data Protection Regulation’s Article 6(1), litra a.
How long do we store your personal data?
Your personal data is stored until you unsubscribe from the newsletter. When you unsubscribe, your data is removed from our system as well as our data processors’ systems. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link, which can be found at the bottom of each newsletter.
Documentation of your marketing consent is kept for two years from the time you have revoked your consent to receive direct marketing material. The retention period is determined based on PanzerGlass™' legitimate interest in being able to document that direct marketing has taken place in accordance with applicable law.
Disclosure to third parties
We use Active Campaign and Shopify as platforms to send out our newsletters and to carry out targeted marketing. Active Campaign and Shopify are therefore considered our data processors. Data processors may not use the data for any purpose other than the fulfilment of our agreement and are subject to a strict confidentiality policy with regard to these.
Disclosure of data to third countries
Some of our partners process your personal data outside the EU. The transfer of data is ensured by the EU Commission's standard contract provisions unless otherwise stated. Below is an overview of partners outside the EU:

Your rights
You have the right to gain insight into the information we process about you, etc. You have the right to have incorrect information we have about you deleted or corrected. You have the right to have our processing of data about you limited.
You have the right to have your data deleted or corrected by us and our data processors. You can exercise this right by unsubscribing from the newsletter, and we will then make sure to notify our data processors that the data must be deleted.
If you wish to make use of your rights as described above, you are welcome to contact us at any time.
We request that you provide us with sufficient information in connection with inquiries regarding your rights so that we can process your inquiry, including your full name and e-mail address, so that we can identify you and respond to your request. We will respond to your inquiry as soon as possible.
